It would be nice to be able to create a general workflow template that is applied on all new projects. Also would be nice to be able to copy workflows from one project to another.

At least for us, workflows differ very little between projects, so it is a pain to be forced to manually define the workflows every time a new project is created.

I would suggest to "tie" workflows together, to re-use them as needed and to keep it in manageable sizes.

Also, would be nice to display the workflow graphically (at least as export or the current one).

Magnus - You can choose to copy an existing project instead of creating a new one. When you copy a project you can choose to only copy the Workflow if you like to.

Marco - Thanks for the suggestion. It can be problems to re-use workflows if you for example uses different statuses in different project, but I have added this request to our backlog.
