Hi All,
I am struggling to find out how to automatically add an email (a specific email for each company user) when creating/submitting a new ticket.
For example,
CompanyA has two sites, siteA and siteB. There are 5 different users/emails with access to any ticket belonging CompanyA, and one user/email which is used for everybody, everybody@companyA.net.
If any of these 5 users creates a new ticket I would like the system automatically adds (CC) the email everybody@companyA.net so any replies to this ticket will contain this "general" email.
Does anybody know how I can achieve this?

We do not currently have a function to automatically add a recipient like "everybody@companyA.net" to an email under specific circumstances like you describe. |
