Allow users to subscribe to any/all of the available alerts for a project, and for an issue.

Thus they can get notified of only the things they want to hear about, rather than it being a project wide setting for all users.

For an issue, creators should be able to select whether they want to hear about the progress, on an issue by issue basis.  Or, at the very least, as an overall setting in their user profile.

I.e. There is already the "Recieve Notifications" profile setting, add another one "Recieve updates for created issues".

Notifications can be set up on a user basis on the project settings. However, this is a good suggestion as it would improve usability and make it easier to control for the users.

However, some of our customers still want to be able to control/push notifications out to the user, but this could be with a setting to "override" the users individual settings.

I have added this to our issue backlog for implementation in a future release.
